Partially hydrogenated vegetable fat

Hydrogenated vegetable fats are produced from high-quality refined non-lauric vegetable oils through the process of partial hydrogenation and subsequent refining. Depending on the degree of hydrogenation, fats with different melting points are obtained, which have a wide application in the food industry. The choice of a specific fat depends on the type of product, the season, and the type of technology used in production.

Vegetable fats KP and MKP are specially designed fats that allow for a homogeneous structure in cream spreads while preventing oil separation at room temperature.

CBR – cocoa butter replacer

Čokomal is a high-quality vegetable fat substitute for cocoa butter, produced through the partial hydrogenation process of non-lauric vegetable oils. It has a neutral taste and odour and is highly resistant to oxidative changes.

PROPERTIES:

  • No tempering required as it directly crystallizes into the proper β’ form when cooled.
  • Short crystallization time.
  • In the production of cream products, it can be mixed with cocoa butter in amounts up to 5%.
  • Narrow melting range.
    Provides products with a stable shine, good sensory, and rheological properties.
    Compatible with other non-lauric acids.

NT vegetable fat
